The charity’s aim is to be the go-to place for everyone affected by spinal cord injury, so they can quickly connect them to the vast network of people, organisations and services they need. SIA also campaign for change to ensure those with SCI can lead a full and active life.

Spinal cord injuries can be life-changing and SIA offers support for those with spinal cord injuries and their families from the time of injury and throughout life.
